All about the numbers – Part 1

12, 7, 17, 200000, 2000, 100000, 1

So, what’s up with the numbers? Did you know that numbers matter to God? The Bible is full of numbers measuring everything from money to time to distance to people. We serve a God who is passionate about the numbers. He has even numbered the hairs on your head.

There are several numbers rattling around in my head recently that I want to share with you this week.

TWELVE – Just twelve more days until the Glory Academy of Fine Arts production of Psalms. I am so proud of the GAFA staff and the work they are doing to teach the next generation of artists in Wilmington. Did you know that over 40 churches were represented this year by students and teachers in our academy? This is not a ROCK thing. It’s a Wilmington thing. Check out the GAFA website. They will post more information tomorrow about ticket prices, etc. But don’t miss out on this amazing production.

SEVEN – That how many more Sundays Jennifer will lead Kid’s ROCK before Helen takes over! Jennifer has done a phenomenal job of breathing new life into this ministry. She didn’t do it alone. Kid’s ROCK represents the largest volunteer base at ROCK Church. kROCK volunteers are incredible. Guess what? Helen is going to take Kid’s ROCK to a Hole ‘Nutha Level!
