Unleashed 2008

If you have not registered for Unleash yet, you need to go do it right now! The $45 registration cost ends on September 30th. On October 1st, the cost goes to $75 and then bumps to $95 on February 12th. Perry Noble (Senior Pastor) said Newspring actually loses money on every registration at this price. Holy Cow! That is commitment to equipping leaders.

Several on our staff have decided we are going and paying our own way. We believe it is going to be amazing and we want every ROCKER to go with us. We will drive over on Wednesday, March 12th and spend one night at a hotel.

If you are a Small Group leader, Children’s or Youth worker, Usher, Greeter, Worship Team member or serve in any other ministry at The ROCK, we want you to go with us.

You should go with us if…

  1. You love creativity. Their Visual Director, Lee Wilson, has some of their videos posted HERE. Their Worship Director, Lee McDerment, is AMAZING! The worship at Newspring is crazy. You can listen to some of Lee’s music HERE. If you want to see the arts used in a really creative way, you should register now.
  2. You want to find out how to be more welcoming to our new guests at The ROCK. The best way to learn is by experiencing. If you want to be a catalyst to create the ultimate welcoming atmosphere at our church. Invest in the cause by getting on board now!
  3. You want to hang out with a bunch of amazing World changers. According to Newspring’s Chief Strategic Officer, Tony Morgan, you will get to rub shoulders with 2,000 of your closest ministry friends while you learn from some of the best. Plus, you will get to hang out with me, Jen, Abbye, Matthew, Carolyn, Lori and others from The ROCK. We might even talk Pastor Ron and Norma into going with us. It’s going to be like youth camp for adults! If you want to be one of the cool people, register now! 
  4. You have a strong desire to see Wilmington changed. Newspring is located in Anderson, SC. Anderson is a city of about 75,000 people in a county of about 175,000 people. Yet, over 8,000 people attended one of the services this past weekend. On September 8th, they baptised 562 in one day! If you want to get in the middle of an atmosphere like this, you gotta go with us!

I am praying and believing for some incredibly powerful things to come from this conference. There are tens of thousands of churches all over our country praying and praying and praying for revival. Too often, they are spending so much time praying that they never get out into the community to be the catalyst for revival.
